These terms apply to online webinar partnerships booked with EDUIN GLOBAL. In-person education fairs have a separate booking form and agreement.
The authorised representative reviews these terms and the selected online plan before confirming a booking. Participation is confirmed when EDUIN GLOBAL accepts the booking and the applicable payment is received.

01Your online plan
- Monthly online webinar partnership: USDT 400 per month. Yearly online webinar partnership: USD 750 per year. Choose your plan in the online booking form. Your written confirmation sets out the partnership period, session count, dates, timings and agreed inclusions.
- EDUIN GLOBAL coordinates student outreach, promotion, registration and the online session. Relevant student leads are shared only through authorised arrangements.
02Session arrangements
- The date, time, platform and session format are agreed with your institution. Provide a suitable presenter, accurate programme information and approved promotional materials in time for the agreed schedule.
- Your presenter needs a suitable internet connection and audio/video equipment. Additional production, recording or promotion is included only when confirmed in writing.
03Fees & confirmation
- Your selected online webinar plan is USDT 400 per month or USD 750 per year. The plans use different currencies; your written confirmation specifies the chosen plan and fee. In-person education fair participation, optional fair presentations and brand sponsorship are separate services. Any additional charges require written agreement.
- Pay as stated in your written confirmation. Your institution covers any bank, transfer or currency-conversion charges.
04Cancellation & refunds
- If EDUIN GLOBAL cancels an online webinar, a refund of up to 100% of the amount paid for that cancelled, undelivered session may apply. This provision applies only to cancellation by EDUIN GLOBAL.
- For bookings covering multiple sessions or months, the assessment applies to the fee allocated to the cancelled session. Completed webinars and other services already delivered are considered separately. The eligible amount and any agreed, itemised deductions are confirmed in writing.
- Cancellation requests made by your institution must be submitted in writing and are reviewed separately according to the services delivered and any agreed, non-recoverable commitments. The organiser-cancellation provision above does not apply to participant cancellation.
- A replacement date or credit may be agreed instead. Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable period communicated in writing.
05Changes & technical interruptions
- Communicate schedule changes promptly. If a technical interruption or other disruption prevents the agreed session, the parties will first work towards a suitable replacement date or format.
- If EDUIN GLOBAL then cancels the undelivered session, the organiser-cancellation provision applies. Other requests are reviewed under the participant-cancellation provision.
06Student information & follow-up
- Handle student details securely and use authorised information only for relevant educational follow-up. Follow applicable privacy requirements; do not publish private contact details or share them without authorisation.
- Your institution manages admissions decisions and its own follow-up. Student participation and enquiries vary by session and outreach response.
07Materials & recording
- Provide content that your institution is authorised to use. EDUIN GLOBAL may use approved public logos and programme information for the agreed session promotion.
- Recording and reuse of a webinar require prior agreement and any necessary participant notices or permissions. Identify confidential material before it is shared.
08Working together & disputes
- Cooperate professionally and confirm material changes in writing. First try to resolve concerns through good-faith discussion.
- Indian law applies. Unresolved matters fall under the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, subject to applicable law.
