Student registration
The student form submits your details to EDUIN GLOBAL. Your contact information, fair city, study preferences, optional academic details and registration consent are saved with your visitor ID and registration time. The form issues a pass only after the save succeeds.
Your ID and QR pass
The QR code contains your visitor ID only. Your downloaded pass includes your name, fair city and study preferences. Keep it somewhere safe. A saved registration records your interest; dates, entry arrangements and event attendance will be confirmed separately.
Registration email
When email delivery is enabled, Brevo receives your email address, first name and visitor ID to send your QR pass. The emailed QR contains only the visitor ID. Your phone number, academic details and study preferences are not included. Brevo may retain the message and delivery logs. Email delivery can fail; your pass is also available to download after registration.
Where information is kept
Registration records are stored privately in our configured database, using Supabase when connected, or private server storage. They are not displayed in a public student directory. Sharing information with exhibitors requires a separately authorised process.
Corrections and removal
Contact info@eduinglobal.com with your visitor ID to request a correction or removal of your registration. Downloaded passes remain on your own device until you delete them. Submitted records remain with EDUIN GLOBAL until removed.
Education assistant
EDUIN Global Assistant answers education and service questions using Google Gemini. Your chat messages are sent to Google for processing. Depending on the hosting setup, chat context is kept temporarily in server memory or encrypted session storage so the assistant can understand follow-up questions. Sessions expire after 20 minutes of inactivity, with only the latest three relevant exchanges kept. Encrypted session records are removed by expiry cleanup; deletion may follow the next cleanup run. Chat messages are not stored in student registration or university enquiry records. A first-party, HTTP-only session cookie connects your messages to your temporary chat. Use New chat to clear the server context and the visible conversation. Google may retain or use messages according to its API terms and your provider plan. Please keep passwords, passport details, contact information and private visitor passes out of chat. AI replies can be mistaken; our team can confirm event arrangements and institution-specific details.
